Questions, answered

What is Ninjafy Scan?

A free AI audit for Australian businesses that shows where AI will pay first. It reads your public website and domain records, asks a few questions about how your business runs, then gives you a board briefing: the value at stake by savings, speed, sales and security, your risk and compliance exposure, governance maturity against the AICD director's guide, an operating model one-pager and a 90-day plan.

What does the scan read?

Your public web pages and your domain's public records. From those we can see things like whether your email runs on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, which tools are wired to your domain, whether you sell online, take bookings, ask for quotes, run ads or are hiring. We never log in to anything, and accounting or job tools that are not visible from outside are left for you to confirm.

How is the value worked out?

Savings are people in the teams your first AI teammates serve, times admin hours, times a loaded hourly rate (about $68 by default, from ABS earnings plus on-costs, and you can edit it), with only 20 to 40% of those hours counted. Sales use your revenue and margin bands and the share of enquiries left unanswered. Security uses the ASD average cost of cybercrime for a business your size and your exposure rating. Every figure is indicative and the assumptions are listed in the report. Ranges narrow as you add detail.

Does speed count as a return?

Only when it converts. A faster quote that wins more work is sales. Faster invoicing that brings cash in sooner, or hours freed and actually redeployed, is savings. Security counts as risk avoided. If a gain can't be tied to one of the four, we don't count it.

Is my information stored?

Not unless you ask us to send your report. Then we keep your name, email, answers and results so we can prepare your review, under our privacy policy. The scan itself only reads public information.

What is APP 1.7 and does it apply to me?

From 10 December 2026, organisations covered by the Privacy Act must say in their privacy policy when computer programs use personal information to make decisions that significantly affect people. Most businesses under $3M turnover are exempt, but health providers, AML/CTF reporting entities and some others are not. The scan asks one question to work out whether it is likely to apply. This is general information, not legal advice.

What happens after the scan?

You get your board briefing on screen straight away, and a PDF board pack when you leave your email. If you want, we walk through it with you in 30 minutes and leave you with a pilot plan, whether you work with us or not.

Third-party logos identify tools we detect or ask about and do not imply endorsement. Hours and scores are estimates until measured in a pilot.
