What you'll do

Start from the outcome.
Turn meetings, conversations and watching people work into the outcomes a business cares about, then suit AI teammates to those outcomes on Ninjafy.

Build the integrations and agents.
Connect the systems a business already runs, so its digital teammates can act inside them, and get them live and earning their keep.
- 03
Unblock them technically.
Bug fixes, custom builds and app projects. Whatever it takes to move a number.
- 04
Drive what emerges.
When an AI call centre or a new product line becomes the obvious next move for a customer, you lead it.
- 05
Build the software factory.
Our engineering is AI-native: agents triage features, work Linear tickets and ship pull requests. You help build that factory and turn what you see in the field into work it ships.
