Does a bot join my call?
No. Ninja Notes records from your Mac, capturing system audio (the other side) and your microphone (you). Nothing joins the meeting, so there is no bot in the participant list.
Where is audio processed?
On your Mac. Ninja Notes transcribes on your device, so the audio never leaves your laptop.
Who can see my notes?
Only you and the teammates you choose. When you stop recording, you pick who the note goes to, and nobody else can see it.
Can I send a note to an AI teammate?
Yes. Pick a Ninjafy teammate, such as your sales or operations agent, add an optional instruction like "draft the proposal", and the note lands on their board ready to act on.
Does it work with my calendar?
Yes. Ninja Notes reads your calendar, so your next meeting is one click to record from the menu bar and arrives already named.
Is Ninja Notes on Windows?
